If you live in an extremely humid place and ketaconazole or climbazole don't work for you, then this might be for you. I used to use scalpe then switched to a dermatologist recommended ketaconazole shampoo which worsened my flakes (had to wash hair every other day). Then switched back to Scalpe but the flakes didn't get any better, it looked like i would have to slave off of scalpe rest of my life. Then I tried this, OH GOD. I didn't have to wash my hair that often (every four days, with minimal flakes)

Not the best shampoo, it's on the medium range. Maybe I had huge expectations , you can give it a try as it might work or not work for you.

Honestly the best anti-dandruff shampoo I've ever used! Worth the money. I've had awful flaking since forever and have tried a bunch of products, including ketoconazole and Scalpe. None has worked so well as Bare Anatomy. After 3 or 4 washes, my flaking started reducing and by now (2 or 3 months of use) it has completely vanished!

It controls the dandruff scales wonderfully.The itching stops after a week of daily application. But no permanent cure, as this shampoo gives a clean head until the next attack. The comb tells the result, good buy.
