It works and quickly! Pretty amazing!
I have thick, wavy to curly hair. You will be amazed at how easy it is to have the hair go up the tube and come out stick straight. It is heavy when you are drying your hair, but not bad or a deal breaker. I can't see traveling with it easily; perhaps if you are on a road trip but not an airplane. It cuts drying time in half. Your hair is smooth and silky. It does make it stick straight, so if you like volume and some bouncy wave, it won't do that. You can use a curling iron after, but to me, the point is less heat and heat damage. There is some learning curve with this unit. It can make your ends look a bit dry. I called the company and they were extremely helpful and explained some things to do that have now greatly improved my results.I'm definitely getting the hang of it and really love it!

A Godsend for Kids w/ Tender Heads
After a couple of years of eyeing this product on YouTube videos, I finally decided to break down and purchase the RevAir to test out on my 6yo who has long, thick, coily/kinky hair. What drew me to this drying device is its ability to quickly dry and stretch the hair at the same time without excessive heat and passes. As my son typically hates wash day due to being tender-headed, I'd been on the hunt and had previously invested money into another dryer that I thought would help ease tension during the drying process (the brush dryer). Needless to say, after receiving and testing the RevAir on my son's hair yesterday, I've officially found our hair-drying device! During yesterday's hair-drying process, my son made not one sound nor flinched. Actually, he commented that he loved this hair dryer and even after I'd finished drying his entire head, he asked if I could do it again. The ReAir was effortless in smoothing and drying his hair while retaining adequate moisture on the lowest heat settings. And because of how easily it smoothed and dried his hair, the styling process was a breeze for me to complete. I feel the RevAir is definitely worth the investment, especially for us curly/coily/kinky girls/guys looking for a hair-drying tool that dries the hair quickly with minimal heat while smoothing all at once.

Amazing - Worth the cost
This is the best product made since the microwave. I thought the videos seem too good to be true and were probably just paid influencers but this product is as great as it seems. It used to take me an hour to dry my hair, and now I get it done within 10 minutes. It is big, and heavy, so as soon as they can get a smaller or portable size for travel I’m buying that model. Some reviews talk about it being noisy but it’s no more noisy than a blow dryer. Regardless of the size or the noise it works beautifully - from tip to root. And that’s what matters. The only drawback is that I cannot put products on my hair until after I dry my hair because I don’t want them to be sucked off my hair into the machine. The good news is I need far less protective product sinceI have less breakage using this machine than a traditional brush and blow dryer. I know it’s expensive, but it’s worth every penny.

Worth the Investment
I personally love the RevAir for my tight coils or as some call it “4c texture”. I was looking into investing into a hair dryer that stretches my hair without excess tension or ripping my hair out. For reference I was previously using the Kiss Blow Dryer with the comb attachment; and while it did get the job done, I was concerned that the comb attachment was snatching my hair out. So I came across the RevAir and did my research. Here’s my take:PROS:1. Gently stretching the hair shaft using reversed air that does not exposed hair to excess heat.2. Stretch setting is easy to set for any hair type. There are options between 1-73. The heat settings do not fry your hair. There are 2 heat options and 1 cold and even with the highest setting, the RevAir regulates the heat.4. Drying time is less using this productCONS:1. The price is not affordable for those wanting to experience the RevAir. I do think this product is well constructed and based on newer technology however the price is not feasible.2. The machine is loud when in use. That may bother some users.3. After prolong use, the machine does get heavy after a while. With finishing one section of my head, my arms are slightly fatiguedOverall I love this product and how well it stretches my strands while ensuring efficient drying time. If this is something you’re interested in then I definitely recommend you give RevAir a try
