WOW. BUY THIS NOW. I’m in my 50’s with regular cycles still and sometimes I get unbearable cramps that make me sick. I also have digestive/gut issues and heating pads are a necessity for me, I can’t live without them.This thing though, phew, this is by far my best purchase this year! It lives in my work bag. I have an active job and can’t be tied to my desk with a heating pad plugged in. I have to be ready at all times to get up and go. This thing makes that possible because it’s like a thin light flat fanny pack and fits very comfortably and securely.It gets really hot just on the first setting so be careful because I wasn’t expecting that. It vibrates too which is nice but I can’t use that function at work because I don’t want to disturb my colleagues. If I have it under my clothes directly on my skin, on the first setting, I have to use a washcloth/small towel on my skin and then place the heating pad on top of that. Wearing it outside my clothes it is still perfectly hot for me, on the first setting, but I don’t need to use the washcloth. I guess it also depends on if you want it to show or not, but I personally don’t care about people seeing it and how it looks on me. I only care about how it makes me feel and it makes me feel good which is why I wear it outside my clothes.

Way more stylish than the bulky ones I used to have!I’ve also used it for general stomach aches and tension in my lower back it’s perfect for cozy self-care moments. As a woman who gets extremely painful period cramps, this product is an absolute lifesaver and must-have for me on days where I’m not able to stay home. The higher heat settings can be a bit much on bare skin, but if you just put it over high waisted pants or a tank top underneath your shirt, it’s totally fine. Like other people have stated, the vibration settings obviously make noise, but it’s unnoticeable if you have it on in an even somewhat noisy environment. Really, my only issue is that I wish that for how long it takes to charge, it had a longer battery duration. It’s not super short—it lasts for a couple hours—but I do wish it lasted for an hour or so more to better get me through the work day.

Small yet mighty heated massager. It's been 2 years since I've had this massager and it's still works like it did on day one. I use this occasionally when i suffer from back pain, and it helps. The heating element has 3 heat strengths. The lowest setting still packs a good heat. The massaging setting also has 3 options and varies in intensity and modes. It isn't bulky so you can travel with it and throw it in your bag. The charge time is sufficient. I got the blue one and looks cute. The belt can be adjusted to your size and can be worn over clothes.

I like the heating from this but the vibration is weird to me. You do have to charge it pretty much every day if you want to use it. Good for the money

This is fabulous! I'm always cold, so even when I'm not using it for pain, it keeps my core warm.It does shut off after 15 minutes so I have to restart it. The light is bright in the dark and shows through most shirts, so I put a piece of electrical tape over it since it gets warm.The battery lasts quite a while. Quick charge.I turn it around and use it for SI and low back pain as well.Blue would be nice

as someone who struggles with cysts and extremely painful cramping, this heating pad has saved my life. i charged it once and it lasted me several hours. it does automatically turn off periodically ( im assuming a safety measure) but its so easy to operate and turn on. it heats up super quick.
