a bit pricey but a great hood
Its small, works great, does not vignette, very well built, shaped so it protects the lens, and I think it looks nicer than round hoods. The cap is its weak point, really tight and I feel like the felt inside would wear out pretty quickly if I used it often (I dont use the cap, too slow and the metal hood itself keeps the front element out of danger) Its overpriced but the hood is perfect so ended up buying one for my 50mm and now 35mm. *had the one for the 50 over a year now, its held up great even though I don't baby my cameras and lenses.

Solid hood and perfect fit
Solid hood built very well and very durable. For my Fuji 23mm f2 lens like a charm.

Expensive but price = quality
Honestly got this because of the aesthetic. I love how sleek this looks on the XF23mm and 35mm f2. The metal quality is great, and I haven’t noticed any damages over the last few months I’ve traveled with it. I like how I can also put a cap over the hood for extra protection when my camera isn’t in use.

Great build quality, great look, snug fit
I was looking for a lens hood to do three things. 1) protect the lens and filter from the world. 2) reduce lens flare. 3) look good.It does all 3 really wellThis is a really well made lens hood and lens cap. It fits snugly on the end of the lens, almost to the point where it feels like you might break something without going after that line. The sturdy build makes me confident that it's not going to snap if I drop my camera. It looks great on camera, and doesn't extend the overall length of the lens by too much. The lens cap is just as impressive as the hood.Yes it's expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Great looking but flawed
Great looking but flawed. The lens cap is too tight for the hood, and it has velvet inside it which is attached with weak glue.On day 1 the hood pushed the velvet down off the sides of the hood, and scraped against the hood causing scratch marks on it.Hoping it was just the one I had so ordered a replacement. I saw on another of their hoods that they don’t have good quality control on the sizing.
