Enhanced features. Good while it lasted
Was fantastic before it broke. So I've gotten one of these super low end drones before. The kind that are very cheap, all have apps and little in the way of other features. This however is a step above those. Primarily being the object detection where it tries to prevent it from bumping in to walls etc.The quick takeoff was handy. The fact that is goes in to an extra slow mode with object detection is a great idea. I was excited to show this to my family who were on a vacation when it arrived. It came with 2 batteries that seem okay. It's got a sleek design despite the button on the back being under the housing and impossible to tell it's a button without help.Connecting really was a hassle having to flick a stick every time. All that being said after a tumble or two, i'm not really sure the thing now won't take off one of the rotors doesn't keep firing during takeoff so it never leaves the groud. I'll likely try it again soon before I dump it but otherwise it had a lot of potential.

Leight and durable
The media could not be loaded. Did not expect too much at this price point and that helped - I ended up pretty satisfied overall. The drone is easy to control, which is great if you are new to this. Even a kid could probably figure it out. But if this is your first drone, seriously, read the instructions. I skipped them and flew straight into a wall. To its credit, the drone survived with no damage - so build quality seems decent.Flying it is fun. One-key takeoff/landing features make it simple to handle. The camera is very basic - the video quality is low and there is no stabilization, so do not expect cinematic shots. For a toy-level drone though, it gets the job done.Design looks good. The extra props and two included batteries are a nice touch. If you are just starting out or buying something to casually fly around, this is a solid choice for the price.

Good for the price, but not recommended
I waited a long time to write this review so i just didnt give my first impressions. I have used it for over a month and have finally collected my experience and observations to share. At first, the drone was very stable and would hover in place with no issues. After a few flights, that was no longer the case. It would drift no matter how many times i recalibrated the level or made slight adjustments to the balance with the remote (which seemed to overadjust no matter how few times i pressed the buttons). I’m not sure if this is due to the propellers being deformed, but they were not damaged and I made sure they were all seated correctly.Flight is pretty easy. It would be a lot better if you could customize the way the remote works. Having playing video games for almost 40 years, i think i know my way around a controller. But this one was a little weird with the left joystick having the altitude up/down controlled instead of the direction. YEARS of FPS games have ingrained in me that the left stick is for movement (left/right/forward/back), and the right stick for “looking” or turning. If i could have remapped the buttons in the app and have the shoulder buttons be the altitude control, that would have made it SO much easier to fly. Then there’s the app. It’s very basic and I had a little difficulty getting my iPhone 15 pro max to connect, but after it was successful, i didnt have any issues. I wasn’t able to test the picture quality outside since I could never get the drone to fly like i wanted it to, either because of the off balance flight or the wonky controls, but using it inside, it seemed to have a decent picture. Nothing amazing, but good for a $30 product.Definitely a fun toy if you’ve never had a drone before with a low entry fee, but if you’re serious about using it for getting video or flying more accurately, i would look for something else.

Crash and burn! Can't fly it! And I know how to pilot drones
At first off like to state that I am no beginner to drones. I own several very high-end GPS drones and FPV drones. This thing was a disaster right out the box. After charging everything up and putting batteries into the controller, I downloaded the app and plan to do a test flight and calm indoor wide open setting. Setting it up was simple. Through the app and connecting it to Wi-Fi I had control of the drone and camera and was ready to take off. Immediately upon takeoff this drone just shot across the room and ran into the wall at a speed but almost blew my mind. Granted this was pushing the auto takeoff button and not touching anything after. So I started going through and looking at the fine tune settings and spent a good half hour trying to get this thing to even hover. Never once got it where I could keep it off the ground more than about 2 seconds. There must be something off with the gyros or one of the motors 🤷 I checked all the propellers and evened check the shafts off the motors to make sure one wasn't bent. I swapped the propeller orientation around to every possible configuration you could put it in And while it did change how it flew when I did swap them around, it just made it go a different way really fast and crash. With what I do know about drones I looked over everything I could without going internal and could not find any noticeable or correctable issues.after all that, i completely shut it down, pulled the batteries out and reset the whole thing and tried it all over again. Once again it flew right at the wall at about 20 mph just pressing the automatic takeoff button. This isn't worth what they're asking and to be honest I don't think it's worth anything. Maybe I got a defective one, I don't know 🤷 I am a vine reviewer, so I review what I get.... I don't get to swap stuff out to try again. You would think that a company knowing that they're sending something for someone to review, would have some extra QC work done on what they're sending before they ship it out 🤷 it's a shame too because it is a cute little drone. It looks like it would probably be a lot of fun indoors if it was actually flyable.
