Perfect for beginners, probably for everyone!!
I started running 7 weeks ago. Running regularly now I thought I should get some proper running trainers. What a massive difference!! Didnt want to spend too much or too little. After searching and researching and debating over so many different makes brands and prices, I thought I'd try these. Not disappointed at all. Perfect fit, super comfortable, excellent response on the road. They are very lightweight and seem durable though only time will tell. Iv only used them on road runs so not a review for trail or track. Highly recommend!

For road running, these give so much protection to your knees due to the amount of bounce.

Small in size
Like the look of these & they are good enough for gym workouts but not cushioned enough for outdoor running, in my opinion. I would say they are a half to full size smaller than usual, so go up in size if youre ordering them. They are smaller than other main brands.

Kayano 29 - a good addition to the series
I've been wearing the Kayano series since about #18 and the #29 feel great when running, the correct level of support for my heal and they help with any over pronation. If you have worn this series before you will be happy with this version.

Very bouncy running shoes, love and recommend them
I have run in ASICS for over twenty years. These are amazing! Feel like you are running on springs and definitely help you run faster. The only negative is that the top of the trainer is very thin so my big toe will go through very quickly.

Great structured shoe, ideal short faster runs like Parkrun to 10km, responsive , balanced and like pair slippers put them on way you go. Overall 5/5 one best pairs of ASICS GT for many years

Great for wide feet and pronation support.
I already owned a pair of these trainers after they were recommended by my local running shop, for my foot shape - wide but with narrow heels. As this model had been replaced, I was pleased to find them here at half the original store price.
