Game-Changing for Biohackers, Fitness, and Recovery!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Game-Changing for Biohackers, Fitness, and Recovery!I’ve used nearly every fitness wearable out there, but the Ultrahuman Ring AIR is hands-down the best for anyone serious about tracking health, recovery, and performance. What sets this ring apart is the depth and clarity of its data. It gives me real-time feedback on HRV, sleep quality, skin temperature, and activity in a way that’s actually actionable. Since wearing the ring, I’ve learned exactly how my lifestyle (from hiking and strength training to my daily walks and even supplement timing!) affects my sleep and recovery. The sleep tracking is next-level. The ring doesn’t just tell me how long I slept—it breaks down deep, REM, light sleep, restlessness, temperature changes, and even my body’s recovery rhythm. I was shocked at how accurately it picked up on changes after a heavy workout or even a late night out, and it’s helped me dial in everything from caffeine timing to my bedtime routine. Since using the ring, my sleep scores have improved, and I wake up genuinely refreshed.I love how seamlessly the ring fits into my daily life—it’s light, comfortable, and doesn’t need constant charging. The app is user-friendly, visually stunning, and gives personalized recommendations I actually want to follow. What really sold me is how the Ultrahuman ecosystem ties everything together. It’s not just about steps or calories—it’s about truly understanding your body’s readiness, recovery, and how to push for better results without burning out. It’s helped me break a fat-loss plateau, optimize my training, and finally get those deep, restorative sleep cycles that every biohacker dreams of.If you want to level up your health, perform at your best, and unlock a new level of self-awareness, the Ultrahuman Ring is a must-have. I’m obsessed—and I can’t wait to keep smashing my goals with it. Sleep mask or not, this ring has already improved my life. Highly recommended!

Do not buy
After 2 plus hours of trying unable to connect the device to an iPhone. Tried everything.Bought as a gift for someone and their happiness quickly disappeared as we battled to try and get it working.Really poor customer experience and development of the product with no simple or clear way to factory reset to clear faults. Very poor after sales support for the money. Limited, unclear and inaccurate troubleshooting guidance and lost all confidence in the product after trying without success to get it using.I would really disuade anyone from wasting their time on this product as it seems a long way away from being established and able to be effectively used.Very very poor.

Good
Why did you choose this product over others?:Ultrahuman ring is good and it’s better than the alternatives for which you need to pay a monthly subscription, had a few problems with a few of my rings but got a replacement. Good customer service in that regard

I love this ring - please ignore (some) of the online hate
It's thinner than the Oura, has no subscription, provides basically the same data, AND is actively being updated. They are constantly bringing new things to the app, improving the look, settings etc. I wish I was blessed with thin fingers but I have not been, and after trying two other rings, I just felt like they were just enhancing how my fingers looked! Ultrahuman actually looks like a normal ring, it's just that little bit thinner, so it's been fantastic for me.It takes a while to calibrate, which would be the same with any of the smart rings, and absolutely sometimes tracks incorrect information - but I have an Apple Watch, Whoop and an old Oura ring, and they all do the same thing. If i'm watching TV for hours it thinks i've had a nap - which is clearly down to my laziness, not their tracking!Honestly, I think it's great, came in about 14 hours, and the company is suddenly getting VERY popular, so I think there is probably a mad dash internally to increase production and customer support. They've been great to me so far.

Great features but unreliable updates keep bricking rings.
It's a good ring, and it offers features that the other brands don't. They are always innovating and that's surely a good thing. They have very responsive customer chat service in the app and will send replacement rings out when things go wrong. But this is where my review gets the poor rating. I'm on my third ring in five months, one day they are fine and then Ultrahuman push out a firmware update...all seems well and then a few hours later its dead and no amount of tapping and recharging can wake it up. Support will claim this is extremely rare, but it happened twice to me, and looking a reddit reviews, its happened to others too. They need to review their test procedures and they release so many updates I suspect very little testing goes into it.I do appreciate that they will replace it, but you pay a premium for the extended warranty and then you have to live without the ring for yet another week while they post a new one from Bangalore.I enquired about some sort discount on some of their other products as way of compensation but they don't seem to care much about customer satisfaction and gave me a hard "no". I will continue to use and its probably a bit of an unfair review as I do like the ring when it works, but ultimately if I was making the choice between Oura and Ultrahuman again, then I'd go with the Oura.Other features all work nicely, accept the step count massively under estimates, I walk quite a lot each day, typically 10,000 on a smart watch, and I get about 7k at a push on the ring. Battery is good, but the ring does show scratches.Anyway two stars for today, but on other days its a 3.
