Great bag that has served me well over the past year
I've had this bag for just over a year now and I've been pretty pleased with it. Given the price tag, I wanted to make sure it would still hold up after some time before writing a review. It has more than held up and survived multiple cross-country trips. It's a little much for an EDC bag in my opinion, but it works fine for that purpose as well if you're fine with a little added bulk.It more than fits my Nintendo Switch Lite (in a case!) plus some miscellaneous daily items (gum, tissue, charging cords, etc.) in the main pocket. The front pocket fits my epi pens and various OTC meds I carry with me just in case (ibuprofen, benadryl, etc.). This bag won't replace a proper backpack or anything but it's perfect for, say, bringing on a flight or on a road trip. I wish it had some more pockets for organization, but what it has is definitely better than the cheaper sling bags I've gotten which had no pockets at all. It also has a key ring, but I haven't used it.The material is stiff and seems decently water resistant, so I haven't had concerns bringing in on rainy days. I do think it wouldn't hold up well to being soaked, so I've only spot washed it. The zippers and pockets look like they're made out of good material, too. The buckles are interesting but I didn't get much out of them that I feel normal buckles wouldn't also deliver. I've read some reviews about squeakiness but personally haven't experienced that. No tears or rips on or in the bag, and I'm not exactly kind with it.I'm 5'6", on the taller end for a woman, and chunky. I find this bag doesn't look hilariously oversized or undersized on me, and it also fits well and looks good on my much taller, heavier male friends. This might be too heavy/large for smaller (under 5') women in my opinion as the length itself is pretty substantial. My main complaints are that the size/bulk make it difficult to carry daily and that it is quite pricey for a casual sling bag, but given how well it's performed, I find the price worth it personally. I'd love to see these in different colorways but the black is basic and minimalist (and good for hiding dirt ;) as a bonus). If you are looking for a more "daily wear" bag, this is overkill imho unless you want to splurge a bit on quality.PROS+ has quite the capacity, fits my Switch Lite and miscellaneous daily items easily+ storage compartments+ build quality feels very solid, seems like it'll last some more years to comeCONS- on the bigger/bulkier/heavier side, even when empty- pricey :(

Really great sling bag, great internal storage and organization
Great sling bag with good organization. Been using the chrome cadet sling for years but the total lack of internal organization kept me looking for new bags. This is big enough to hold what I need and keep it organized. Very comfortable after hours of use. And it slings around nice. I like the carry handle alot. I bought the cordura on sale, now I kinda wish I had sprung for the xpac. But I'd that option didn't exist then I would have no complaints about the build of the cordura. If I had a wish list, a calaspable water bottle pocket on the bottom, and maybe molly straps on the side of the bag over the compression straps ? But the bag doesn't. Need any of that. Only real complaint is the shoulder strap hinge squeaks when I walk and feel like a cheaper plastic was used. I like how the hinge functions, is just like a stronger material. And tightening the strap is a Bit odd, might just need practice

Easily worth three times the price
Looks sleek, classy and elegant. Wears very comfortably, (5’10 male) with a nice blue lining to provide just enough contrast, without the usual glaring orange, used in other versions. Very well thought out pockets and dividers- mostly mesh elastic, some more solid. Great padding for switch or Steam. Even in a slim case. Zippers as smooth as silk, yet very sturdy. You can use this for gaming handhelds and as an EDC. Big enough to even hold a 16oz water bottle along with all of your gaming essentials. Also has a small unobtrusive grab handle, which I always find essential. Water resistant in a downpour, can wear at front or back- no issues with access. Easily worth 3 times the price.

Best case solution for people on the go
I absolutely love this thing, allows me to carry my switch oled and my switch 2 with me to work, and easily get them out to charge or play. I had been using a normal travel case but when I got my switch 2, I started lugging both around so my co worker can play on break too. This is the best thing I have found so far and it has exceeded my expectations.

Great sling bag for everyone, but especially for big guys.
Big guys looking for a sling bag, this is it. Now that I have reading glasses, a bigger phone, wallet, keys, etc etc, I used to carry them in my pockets and it would be uncomfortable and bulgy. I was searching for a bag, and I went through a few so far: Chrome Mini Kadet, Inatech Sling bag X, and now this. The Chrome was by far the best looking and best build, but it was small for me (still keeping it as a goal to lose weight lol). The Inatech was a bit too small in storage and looked unimpressive in person despite having a good strap length.I took a chance on this Tomtoc 5.5 Sling and it's the best of both. It has the good looks and storage capacity of the Chrome, with an even better strap than the Inatech. The strap ends bend a little near the clip, which helps with body contour. It may be a bit big for the average person for a close sling, but it's perfect for any and all big chunguses out there. The interior is well thought out and spacious, with many pockets to organize (more than the Chrome). The only "negative" i have for now is that there is no key ring, but honestly that's a very very small problem since i'll be detaching them all the time anyway.

Extremely impressed
I’ve been using this everyday for the past week and so far I have very little complaints. Fits my everyday essentials, with the padded should scrap its very comfortable. I absolutely love the carry strap it has, extremely useful for the up and on move.Zippers can be a challenge at times. But it’s ok because I know my stuff is safe and dry. Storage capacity I’ll be making a video about that soon enough.
