Good lens
Excellent experience with the seller. This is the very good condition and I received a Japan made Fujifilm 18-55 lens which is the relatively high quality one in this series. I was satisfied with this shipping. Thanks.

Brilliant and high quality all-rounder
First up, I got this lens uses from Snap It Up UK, and the item came well packaged in a white box for only £350. The lens was in excellent condition, clean and looking practically brand new! So +1 for Snap It Up UK!The lens itself is a really great all-rounder. It feels high quality, and the images it produces are also high quality. It's the perfect travel lens die to its size to performance ratio.Really happy!

Good, but ...
I hate the Amazon approach to product reviews. They allow countless misleading, bad or downright wrong reviews to proliferate but don't reward those that take the time and effort to provide an honest assessment of a product that they actually own. But ... I want to be able to provide consumers with some general guidance about the products that I buy, so I have to operate within their platform. It's a terrible system, but it's the ONLY system available, so, here's my review of the Fuji XF18-55mm 'kit' lens. This lens has garnered an excellent reputation. It's pretty fast (f2.8) at wide'ish angle (18mm) and reasonable (f4) when zoomed in. The image quality is good, with a sweet spot in terms of sharpness between f5.6 and f11. It's robust, easy to use and can take some punishment, including a little moisture. Overall, it's a great lens.But.There is something to think about. I own this lens and the other (much cheaper) kit lens, the 15-45mm. The 15-45mm is made of plastic, nowhere near as robust, lacks an aperture rung (aperture adjustment is done with a dial on the camera) and is a full 10mm (18%) shorter at the long end of the zoom. But, it's also lighter, smaller and is 3mm (17%) wider at the lower end which makes a huge difference. Also, the image quality from the 'cheap' kit lens is excellent. I genuinely think that My 15-45mm creates images that are as good and possibly even better than my 18-55mm at a fraction of the price. As I said, I really like my XF 18-55mm lens. It's a great general purpose lens. But, I honestly think that for general purpose (walking around) photography, I prefer my XC 15-45mm.
