Can't live without it now.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Chose this product based off YouTube video suggestion. I used to get headaches multiple times a week and now that I use the Baja salt they have dimished to only once or twice a month. I don't put the salt in my water, I put it on food or just dip a little bit on my finger once a day. But I also use the Lyte Show electrolyte drops in my water. Combined I feel completely hydrated and energized. Can't live without it now, yet I'll never have to purchase it again since one $20 bag lasts a lifetime!

Unique texture and delicious
An uber driver recommended I eat a pinch of this stuff a few times a day for heart health. This salt allegedly has more minerals than regular salt. I love the taste and texture. When cooking definitely want to use less than you normally would because it seems “saltier” than regular table salt but I prefer it to pink or other salts

A very noticeable difference
best tasting salt out there, it is hard to come out of a normal salt shaker so go to dollar tree and get a big shaker (glass with a metal top) for $1.25 also works good for coarse pepper...

Exceptional Flavor, Premium Price
Baja Gold Mineral Salt stands out as a premium finishing salt, delivering a depth of flavor that's hard to match with conventional sea salt. Harvested from the pristine waters of the Sea of Cortez, it retains its natural trace minerals, which contribute not just to the taste but also to its health benefits. The flavor is slightly briny with subtle mineral undertones, making it an excellent choice for enhancing everything from grilled meats and roasted vegetables to fresh salads and even desserts like dark chocolate or caramel. The texture is also a highlight—it’s soft yet substantial, allowing for easy pinching and sprinkling without the harsh crunch of some larger grain salts. Whether used during cooking or as a finishing touch, it brings a noticeable boost to the overall profile of a dish. In particular, its use in simple recipes really allows its complexity to shine, which makes it a favorite for chefs who value high-quality ingredients. The only drawback is the price point. Baja Gold is undeniably more expensive than standard sea salts or even many gourmet alternatives. While the flavor and mineral content justify the cost to some degree, it may not be practical for everyday use in large quantities. That said, for those who prioritize clean, vibrant flavor and are willing to invest a bit more, it’s a worthy addition to the pantry. Four stars for excellent quality with a slight deduction due to cost.

wholesome salt
it takes far fewer tblsp to flavor up the food compared to pink Himalayan Salt. We had been using pink himalayan salt for many years until now. We are feeling pleased with Baja Gold salt and all its mineral content and method of manufacture. We are sticking with this going forward. Very glad to find out about this salt

Great salt
Taste is great. A little goes a long way. Doesn't fit in a salt shaker. To big and wet. But I'm OK with that. Bag is resealable so not a big deal for me.
