Dogs don’t spill the water anymore unless they stomp in the bowl. Even then, it doesn’t flip over. It works pretty well and holds a lot of water. Its aesthetically pleasing as well.

We have a lab and he drips more than he drinks. This has been great! No more towel on the floor or dribbles all over the kitchen. We suggested this for all of our family members that have pets. Very durable, looks great, easy to clean.

I have a Giant Schnauzer, so he has a beard and I was getting so sick and tired of him bringing a small river with him after he was done drinking! I still have some leaking with the water that gets stuck to his beard, but not even close to what it was before. I would absolutely get another one!

Got this bowl for my two dogs bc I was tired of them getting water all over the place every time they got a drink. It really cuts down on the splashing and this size is perfect for not having to refill every five minutes. Not sure if the filter actually really does anything if I’m being honest but I replace it every couple of months anyway.The one thing I will say if you buy this is THE FLOATING COVER COMES APART AND CLEAN IT!!! The way it’s made, I didn’t know that it came apart until I was washing it one day and noticed the pieces were loose. I had to pry it open with a butter knife and once I popped it open I felt so bad because there was mold or mildew inside. Thankfully, my dogs never got sick and now I know better.

I have been very pleased with how well this has kept water spilling off my floor. Regular open waterers for dogs allow a lot of water to be lapped at one time causing a drool path through the house. With this waterer I have little to no clean up. I can push it across the floor without it jostling and spilling! We use one in our camper to keep the water mess down and now we don't need a towel under the water dish. We have Labs and they used to make a giant mess. The only down side we have found is when we go to pack the camper water dish away to travel it holds water in the float so you can't pack it sitting sideways. It has to stay flat.

One of our dogs is a water slob. We had to keep a floor mop next to the water bowl to mop up after she got a drink.We have put the mop away! We still have a spill mat, but very few drops of water ever make it to the floor.Unexpected perk... the water is kept clean and free of dirt, dog hair, nighttime crickets, etc.We're getting a second one for outside and hoping the birds will stop bathing in the dog's water bowl.

We have a dog that like to drink from the bottom of the disk. This gets their snout wet and the drip all over the floor when they leave. We were hoping this would solve that issue. It worked OK at first but the dog realized they could just push the floating piece to the bottom and make as big a mess as ever. The included charcoal filter seems useless since the water doesn't really flow through it. Also, it is difficult to clean since you have to take the floating piece apart (although they do provide a tool to help with that). And being square, it's a little difficult getting into the corners. We went back to our round bowl and just try to get to the dog with a towel before they leave the bowl. Although it did not work for us, it is well made and seemed like it would have held up well.

I have a 130 pound Rottweiler that has always gulped down his water and then sometimes throws up that water and makes a huge mess. I started looking for a bowl that would slow his water intake down and still let him have his water. This has been a godsend!! Riley never had any issues with drinking from this bowl, he loves it and I do too! He no longer gulps his water down and hasn’t gotten sick since using this bowl. Another great thing about this bowl is that there is hardly any water on the floor anymore. No more stepping in water is a huge plus for me.

Mi perrita y yo somos un desmadre y nos regañan en casa. Gracias a este plato, ya no me regañan porque mi Schnauzer barbona dejó las gotitas de agua después de trapear! Y aparte le dura días entonces no la dejo con sed. Recomendado!
