I made this purchase for my son to mark his golf balls to distinguish them from my own. I have used Golfdotz since they came out a few years back. I have used the skull and crossbones design exclusively on all my balls purchased since then. Everyone I golf with knows which balls are mine without question. I always get a kick out of people who see the skull and crossbones on my ball for the first time.Putting them on is a little awkward at fist until you learn the technique, but now I can do a dozen balls in about 10 minutes. And they stay put real well too. I have never had one completely fall off and I have played through dozens of balls in the last few years. I noticed another reviewer mention them coming off after only a few holes. This has not been my experience at all. In fact I still have balls from five years ago that have a perfect unblemished Golfdotz. I suspect they were not installed correctly to have come off so quickly. I have had few get chipped, but none have ever completely fallen off. And that is even with them being run through a ball washer multiple times too.They are a great unique and fun way to mark your golf balls versus the old sharpie. The likely hood of someone having the same design is pretty remote but you could also add a small sharpie mark along with the Golfdotz if it is a concern.I love these markers and will continue to use them on all my golf balls and can recommend them without hesitation.

We have animals, so this is a perfect way to mark balls.

I first saw these at the Novi Golf Show in MI last year and bought a pack to try out. Just like the demo, they went on easy and ended up lasting several rounds and proved to be quite durable...needless to say, I was pretty impressed. Went back again this year and picked up some more packs for this season and just ordered these for my dog loving, golfing co-worker for their birthday. I have a feeling that I'll be buying more of these as gifts for my other golfing friends and family this holiday.

Loved these when they came they looked good on the balls, unfortunately after about 4 holes they started coming off.

Looks cute and stays on well

The idea is good but all of the pieces don't transfer well. Better to have one solid dotz. I have the ladybugs too and they work well.
