A assadeira é bem grande sendo excelente para assados - que é o meu maior uso.Fiz a proteção do revestimento antiaderente conforme instruções do fabricante e já estou usando há alguns meses e o revestimento não permite que nada grude. É facílimo de limpar.Recomendo que realmente sigam as orientações “antes do primeiro uso” para facilitar a vida da gente e não precisar limpar assadeiras com alimentos grudados .
