Works well
Definitely happy with this shelf. Holds the pots well and is strong. Easy to build and install. Definitely would buy again. Have cast iron pans hanging from bottom as well as regular and Stainless ones and they all hold well.

Thrilled! Perfect for a small kitchen
Got a handy husband who said the directions were difficult but manageable. It’s screwed into the studs so it’s very sturdy and beautiful I Love it and would recommend it to anyone

Terrible directions
Bought this because my wife wanted to be able to hang her pots. The rack works well for that -- it is sturdy and has lots of room. However, it came with the worst set of directions I Have ever seen for assembling something. It's a good thing I have put together a lot of things or I would have been in deep trouble.

OCD levels subsided
I love organization, not only is it convenient but it gives me a sense of peace. This rack came in perfect cosmetic condition and all parts were accounted for. I found, like most products involving hardware, the hardware was a little subpar. The screws strip very easily. I personally used lag bolts for the four shelf holes (into wall studs} and 3/16 toggle bolts for the brace holes. It will hold much more weight this way. With the right hardware and a helping hand this installation is very easy. I love it and would totally recommend this product.

Great pan rack
Works perfectly, I've got 9 pans hanging on the rack with all of their lids on the shelf and it's still holding up.

Easy to install and sturdy!
Easy to install and looks great! Took me like 10 minutes to install by myself. Looks great and is extremely sturdy.

This was a real bear to install -- Need different screw parts
This took two of us and two ladders and two different sized levels and we wished for more hands. This unit came only with screw parts for a cement wall, not for drywall -- we couldn't use those so used what we had here. We put the whole thing together first rather than try to level each piece separately -- can't imagine that method would be easier. It ended up with the bottom shelf very level, top shelf on a slight incline up and the braces holding it all very steady. We hit one stud only (and it was for one of the braces). I don't think anything will be falling down since we got it up there really tight. But, the installation (of course, no directions packed with it -- only had pics from Amazon website) leaves much to be desired.Would I buy this again? I'm just not sure yet -- it's only been up for 15 minutes. I'll report back. My husband was VERY unhappy with this installation. I need for him to cool down before we reassess. Also, S hooks aren't the same on both ends. The pics don't show this difference. I guess it will be trial and error to find which end works the best. AND, one of the shelves is bent -- but my husband had it all together before I came along and said, 'what the heck?' But he wasn't taking it apart. In addition, the screws (with end caps) that hold the two shelves onto the brace will not stay screwed together. They wiggle apart. We added screw-tightening washers to them just to make them stay together. Lots of problems with this unit.
