I am a watercolor beginner thus not wanting to waste high quality paper to practice. This seems decent and inexpensive therefore I decided to give it a shot (no review).The size is accurate in CM. In inch, it is slightly smaller than 12x16. The quality is not that good; soft, thin, rougher, not even (some part seems to be thinner than the other). It has a rougher side and a smoother side. From the torn end I can see that it has a thin cotton layer (ground material perhaps) atop a corrugated base. It doesn't tear from glue end easily therefore be careful or use a knife. I attach a few photos after I cut a sheet into 4. Excuse the messed up edge because my paper trimmer can't slice thru this paper without destroying it. I ended up using the office guillotine cuter (much better).Also, when scoring this paper it doesn't feel smooth. I wonder if watercolor paper is harder to score. Anyhow, after comparing it with better watercolor paper (Bee Paper 140lb cold press 100% cotton), I can safely say that this paper is ok for beginners to mess with.

Order this because I wanted the size which is harrd to find. However, the quality of the paper leaves a lot to be desired. Colors seem to soak in instead of flowing when trying to do wet on wet. Dry on wet leaves color streaks not blends. Only use i have found acceptable is pen and wash.Colors do not flow and paper seems to just soak up paint and muddy colors if you try to blend.Ok for practice.

this paper is not as heavy as I had hoped, and does warp when you use it with a wet style of painting, it also has a rougher texture than I prefer, so the color does tent to pool in the "dips", that said it was very reasonably priced and I will use it. Unfortunately my favorite papers tend to cost a lot more.

This product could be good but the quality of the paper is not consistent. I received two pads one was in very good shape, and the second one was not with some kind of a line in the middle of each page.

This arrived quickly and is a great quality paper, using with acrylic paints and for other art projects.

Not for me I didn’t like it it can’t take the water
