These are very cool! They’re bigger than I imagined. They would not stick to my concrete block walls with the included strips, so I think they need a totally smooth surface. I bought premium command strips and they work fine.

it will drive your guest crazy, I use it in my Master Bath. It isn't hanging though sometimes, getting the towel out, the ball will jam, but I good slide up, should make it go. Hence not for a guest bathroom.

Needed something to hold a hand towel in my small bathroom. Wanted to keep the surfaces sleek and spa like. These were perfect! So far, no problems with adherance . Light colored wood and simple design blended in beautifully

I bought this because of its handsome and innovative design, but the only way to attach it to a wall is with the 3M adhesive strips provided. The first time I attached it, it fell off the wall within two minutes - the adhesive strip just didn't stick. I tried cleaning the wall and the clip itself with alcohol and tried a fresh adhesive strip. This time, it stayed attached to the wall for 24 hours, but the adhesive peeled up the wood part (the adhesive stayed firmly glued to the wall), and the clip fell again. I'm really disappointed, because I liked the simplicity, the look and the concept, but if it won't stay attached, it's totally useless. And there is no way to attach it using screws.

The adhesive pad that comes with it isn't enough. It falls on its own with the pad so I got some adhesive from the dollar tree. I cut the adhesive strip and placed it toward the top and covered the rest with glue and waited the 24 hours. After that it started to come apart so I pulled it apart and put the adhesive in the peg holes and stuck it back on. Now it's great and I love it.

Actually the items look good , adhesive seem to be strong, but is still too soon to know, just 2 days on place. Lets see how they behave to steam in bathroom, weight of towels, and the continous use of the ball system, i guess in about 3 month we could say if work or not. Beside the adhesive issue, they are good in finish, material, color and size.

I was confused about how they worked in keeping the towel secure -- I thought it would be some kind of spring system, but it's actually with a marble that holds the towel securely fastened just with gravity, and you take the towel out by raising it and then pulling. Hard to explain, but it's a genius and great-looking system and I'm surprised that there were some not-so-positive reviews. Glad I got them despite that.

I like the simplicity of design, but the mechanics of the design stink. I mounted 4 of these, and for a few days they were fine. Then, all 4 stretched apart at the bottom, and the marbles fell out. I can put the marbles back in, but the bottom remains stretched apart, so they continually fall out. I’ve replaced one of the towel holders, and removing it was a horrendous experience. They do stick good. I had to pry it off, so the wall ended up with chips in the wood. I hadn’t made sure the replacement was larger, so it could cover any damage, because I didn’t realize there would be damage. I simply applied it to cover damage at the top, and I’ll rely on the towel to cover the bottom damage. I might think I got a lemon, but all 4 were faulty.
