Broke immediately
My 6 yr old grandson loved this big crayon, and first day his younger sister wanted to use it - it is really a pretty giant crayon! As they tussled with who got to hold it, it fell to the floor and shattered. So devastating for the loss of a fancy crayon!

It’s great if you like intentionally giving your kid a tantrum.
It was great until it wasn’t. Having a child with ADHD is hard. Having a child with ADHD, a favorite crayon and that crayon breaks into a million pieces is harder. If you don’t think your child or grandchild will have a full meltdown when this thing breaks then by all means buy it. But if you think they would throw a tantrum, DON’T DO IT.

Break easily
Unfortunately, this giant crayon broke in less than one minute, under very normal use by my 6-yr-old grandson. I recommend that you leave the clear plastic wrapper ON the crayon and just peel back a small amount from the tip so they can use it. That might help support it. It’s a very cute idea and looks good, but didn’t hold up. It was also very crumbly.
