I was excited when car headrest arrived! I couldn't wait to use it! The headrest was easy to put together this product got good reviews and I liked that I did not have to mess with any tools to put it together. I can take it off one headrest to another really simple in 10 seconds. The bad is the headrest came apart after one day of use, we had a long road trip that was a 3 day drive, it was not comfortable to rest your head on the inside padding it is very thin, also the edges of the material that covers the padding came out of the plastic exposing the the thin padding that was used.August 2, 2019Update: After writing this review the seller's customer service emailed me to call them about the problem with their first run with the old design, that they were working on a new ways to improve their product. I'm very pleased with the outstanding customer service experience that I got from Tyrone. I recieved a full refund that would make anyone happy, especially me! Tryone emailed me saying they improved their workmanship on there product, so I bought the new and improved Tryone Travel Neck Pillow again. The install is what I was looking for easy peasy on/off no tools needed it just takes seconds!I have to say, I really like the thicker padding and the PU leather material is not thin as the old one, its even more comfortable! I've used it, my grandchildren use it on long road trips since I wrote the last review. The PU leather material is better quality it has not come apart exposing the padding. 👍 to the new way of making this a better product that will last longer. I honestly would buy this product again. This product has potential, but I would not recommend it the way it is. It arrived with the imitation leather detached from the frame/padding . There doesn’t seem to be a way to easily repair it. I have never used this item; I would return it if i had not missed the 30-day return window.

We got this travel headrest for my five-year-old who always falls asleep in the car because her neck always crunches to one side. This headrest definitely keeps her neck in a more comfortable position, but the edges are hard plastic. When she's not sleeping, she has the tendency to bang or scratch her head or arms on the hard plastic edge, even when it's folded up. My eight-year-old has no issues with it, as he has more spatial awareness. Otherwise, it does its job, was easy to install, and seems sturdy so far.

The tryone headrest is great addition to the car for my 6 year old. She no longer falls forward and to the side Everytime she falls asleep. It's relatively easy to switch from one car to the other, but I do have to take the headrest out for each every time. Be aware that if you have a narrow fit between the headrest and side of car this may not fit. It fits in my Fiat, but the outside rest doesn't move as there isn't room.Update:. Almost immediately after writing the review, the fake leather cover separated from the plastic piece. I had received notice from Tryone that is it was a first run product and that they were aware of issues with it. I will update again after I hear from the company regarding my specific issues.

The leather comes out of the side walls. It's not possible to push it back in. I had to use electrical tape to tape the whole thing around to keep the leather and the foam underneath attached to the sides. Also a screw that holds one of the side rests came off. Might have been one of my kids that pulled it off. Never the less overall very dissatisfied with my purchase.

I never think I would need this car headrest pillow until we tried it. Installed it in my Audi and it worked perfectly. Securely fits into my headrest posts. We just came back from a long trip and my families enjoyed it. Just need to purchase another one for the next coming journey so they won't fight for it lol. "Tryone", you won't regret!

I just purchased this neck pillow for my daughter whenever we do a long drive to San Diego. The installation is so easy and well thought. I can easily put the two side neck head rest up when not in use. It’s so convenient. No more slouching over to the side door when sleeping. I recommend this for anyone.

I bought one headrest for our 4 hour trip. It was super easy to install had it all set up in the matter of minutes. My two boys took turns on the way up there but on the way back the older boy did not want to part with "Tyrone". It was alot of arguing on the way back. My only complaint is that I didn't buy two of them.
